Potato salad with mushrooms

Most salads with potatoes and mushrooms are similar to each other. Today I want to tell you how you can diversify such a simple and everyday dish. Try it yourself! I'm sure you'll like it too!

Ingredients

Potatoes - 4 pieces
Mushrooms (pickled) – 300 g
Cucumbers (pickled) – 200 g
Cilantro - 1 bundle
Garlic - 2 cloves
Walnuts - 1 handful
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the potatoes until tender and cut into small cubes with pickled mushrooms and cucumbers.

Add chopped garlic, cilantro and walnuts.
