Crab sticks and shrimp go so well together that I often add them to salads together. I suggest you try this easy, but very beautiful recipe. If I have time, I fry the shrimp in olive oil with garlic.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Iceberg lettuce - 60 g
- Corn - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and leave them to cool in cold water.
Boil the peeled small shrimps for a few minutes and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
Cut eggs, pepper and crab sticks into small cubes. Add corn to them, season with salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients with mayonnaise and chopped cilantro.
Put everything on salad leaves to serve. Spread the shrimp on top and sprinkle the salad with chopped coriander a little more.
