Fresh beetroot and grapefruit – even sounds fantastic. But in practice, it turns out to be a very tasty, unusual and healthy salad that fans of diets and proper nutrition will definitely like. I advise you to use a shredder for slicing.
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Grapefruit - 1 piece
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Radish - 4 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes (yellow) – 8 pieces
- Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp.l.
- Thyme - 2 twigs
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the grapefruit, remove all the films and cut the slices into a couple of pieces.
Using a shredder, cut the beets and radishes into thin plates.
Add arugula and cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and thyme.
