Korean carrots have long been included in the list of the most popular salads. It can be served independently or added to various dishes. I really like this recipe. Turkey, pork or beef can be used instead of chicken.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 250 g
- Korean carrots - 400 g
- Bell pepper (medium) – 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet and peeled bell pepper.
Peel the garlic clove from the husk, lightly crush it with the handle of a knife and chop it.
Mix chicken, bell pepper, garlic, soy sauce and red pepper. Stir and leave for 20 minutes.
Add Korean carrots, salt and season the salad with oil. Before serving, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
