This salad turns out to be equally good with real crab meat and with its analogues. Eggs, some greens – and nothing superfluous. If desired, you can add a little melted cheese for a more uniform texture.
Ingredients
- Crab meat - 240 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Greenery - 2 twigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and grate on a coarse grater.
Disassemble the crab meat into fibers, chop the garlic and herbs.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and garnish to taste.
