Ingredients
- Hake - 600 g
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Water - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the fish into large pieces, and the vegetables into smaller cubes.
Arrange the ingredients in pots and add the olives.
Mix tomato paste, spices and water, and pour over the fish.
Bake the dish for 40-50 minutes at 190 degrees.
