Treat your family to delicious wings in crispy breading. Spices can be added any to your liking. The consistency of the batter should be thick as sour cream. Otherwise, it will "slide" off the wings and the desired effect will not work.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 1 glass
- Paprika (acute) – 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them and cut them into joints.
Mix breadcrumbs with paprika and pour on a wide plate.
Beat the eggs lightly with ground pepper and salt.
Add mayonnaise, flour and mix until smooth. The batter should be thick.
Dip the wings in the batter and roll in breadcrumbs with paprika.
Place the wings on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
