In order for the curd casserole to be really lush, you need to properly prepare the curd mass. And then in the recipe I will tell you in detail how to do it. And only then you can bake it even in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Egg whites - 1 piece
- Raisins - 70 g
- Yogurt - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and yogurt with a blender.
Pour hot water over the raisins for 5 minutes and dry them.
Add flour with baking powder to the cottage cheese.
Whisk the whites with salt to peaks and gently mix in the cottage cheese.
Add the raisins and put the mass into the bowl of the slow cooker.
Cook the casserole for 50 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
