This dish turns out so delicious that it will be simply impossible to stop! Chops are marinated in a mixture of ketchup and mustard, which gives piquancy and softens the meat well. Spices can also be added to breadcrumbs.

Cut the pork into plates 1.5 centimeters thick.

Beat each piece well on both sides, season with salt and pepper.

Mix mustard, ketchup and garlic passed through the press.

Brush the chops with the resulting mixture and leave to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.

Beat eggs with flour, ground pepper and salt.

Put the breadcrumbs on a wide plate.

Dip the chops in the batter and roll in breadcrumbs.

Put the chops on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
