Everyone can cook perfect chicken wings. The main thing is to use suitable spices and carefully monitor the baking process. I love wings with a crispy crust, so I cook them on a wide baking sheet without covering them with foil.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Tomato sauce - 80 ml
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them and cut them into joints.
Add the sauce, oil, salt, spices and mix.
Cover with plastic wrap for half an hour and leave at room temperature.
Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
