In fact, a curd casserole without eggs turns out no worse than with them. Especially if you add another ingredient for a nice homogeneous consistency. In this case, I suggest using pumpkin, or rather pumpkin puree.

- Pumpkin (mashed potatoes) – 200 g
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l .
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l .
- Honey - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese with sour cream, add pumpkin puree and whisk again.
Add honey to taste, stir and then add starch.
Put the curd mass in a greased bowl of a slow cooker and cook in the "Baking" mode for 45-50 minutes.
