I suggest cooking delicious pea porridge today. And to make it even tastier, we will prepare garlic crackers for it. Of course, you can buy ready-made crackers in the store, but nothing will be better than homemade!

Ingredients

  • Peas (stabbed) – 2 glasses
  • Water (purified) – 1 l
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Olive oil - 3 art.l.
  • White bread - 200 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the peas, pour cold water and put them aside for 1 hour.

Change the water, add salt and cook for 40 minutes after boiling.

Add butter, stir and remove from heat. Insist the finished porridge under the lid for 30 minutes.

Cut the crust off the bread, cut the pulp into small cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the bread cubes and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Put the bread on a paper napkin, squeeze the garlic through the press and mix.

Serve the finished pea porridge, adding crackers with garlic to the plate.
