If you like vegetable cutlets, try the following recipe. Minced meat is made from potatoes and buckwheat. I add some flaxseeds, but it's optional. Without mayonnaise and sour cream, such cutlets can be served to vegetarians.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Buckwheat (boiled) – 2 glasses
- Flax Seeds - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes and grate them. If there is a lot of juice, slightly squeeze the potato mass.
Chop the boiled buckwheat in a blender.
Mix potatoes, buckwheat, flax seeds, salt and ground pepper.
Form small cutlets, put them in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
