Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 800 g
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings and dry thoroughly.
Peel the onion from the husk and cut into half rings.
Mix the wings, onion, spices, salt and mayonnaise.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the wings and bake for 35 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
