Ingredients
- Sea Buckthorn - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1,5 kg
- Pectin - 20 g
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the sea buckthorn, rinse thoroughly and place it in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Add water, cover with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Rub the soft berries through a sieve.
Mix the resulting puree with 1.4 kg of sugar and leave for 30 minutes.
Bring the mass to a boil, pour in the pectin mixed with the remaining sugar, and boil for 5 minutes.
Arrange the sea buckthorn jelly in sterilized jars and roll it up.
