Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the syrup from water and sugar.
Fill in the dogwood and leave overnight.
Bring it to a boil and cook for 25 minutes on low heat.
Add lemon juice and honey, and cook the billet for another 20 minutes.
Roll up the dogwood in sterile jars.
