Ingredients

  • Basil - 150 g
  • Water - 3 l
  • Sugar - 300 g
  • Citric acid - 5 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put basil leaves in a sterile jar and cover with sugar.

Add citric acid and immediately pour boiling water.

Roll up a jar of compote for the winter.
