If you cook from seedless grapes, things will go faster. In general, you can use any variety, the main thing is that the berries are juicy and ripe. I tell you how to cook delicious jam from grapes. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.

Ingredients

  • Grapes - 3 kg
  • Sugar - 1,5 kg
  • Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the grapes from the brushes and rinse thoroughly.

Cut each berry in half and peel off the seeds.

Put the workpiece in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and leave for 2-3 hours.

Put the pan on low heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the lemon juice, boil for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.

Arrange the hot jam in jars, roll it up and wrap it up for a day with a thick blanket.
