Have you harvested pears? Fruits should be processed immediately, because they are not stored for a long time. I propose to cook pear jam. And to simplify the process as much as possible, cook it in a slow cooker. The proportions and steps are described in detail later in the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pear - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 500 g
  • Citric acid - on the tip of the knife

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the pear into quarters, peel the seeds and grind in a blender.

Put the billet in the bowl of a slow cooker, add sugar and citric acid. Close the lid and leave for 1 hour.

Activate the "Baking" mode and simmer for 1 hour.

Spread out in clean, dry jars, roll up and wrap up with a warm blanket for a day.
