Do you want to quickly prepare a hearty dish or complement the festive table with another delicious salad? This recipe comes to the rescue in many cases. It is fresh, beautiful and very tasty! You can cook from any meat: chicken, turkey, pork or beef.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 350 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Bell pepper (small) – 1 piece
- Lettuce - 250 g
- Greenery (any) – half-pack
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 30 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet and dry it thoroughly with paper towels.
Cut the fillet into small pieces, season with salt and pepper.
Put the meat in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until tender.
Chop tomatoes and peeled bell pepper.
Greens, spinach tear into pieces with your hands. If their sizes suit you, you can skip this step.
Mix chicken fillet, vegetables, spinach and herbs.
Add salt, ground pepper, olive oil and mix.
Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle with soy sauce.
