Baked wings and Coca-Cola are American classics that can often be found in fast food. In this recipe from Coca-Cola we will cook an amazing sauce. And the wings baked in it will surprise even the most sophisticated gourmets!
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Coca-Cola - 2 glasses
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Butter - 50 g
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Chili sauce - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ketchup - 50 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and place them in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Add sugar, salt, sauces, ground pepper, ketchup and Coca-Cola. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the thick sauce into a bowl with wings, stir and cover for 1 hour.
Place the wings on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Gently flip the wings to the other side and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
