Someone likes sweet porridges, someone salty, but in any case, a good indicator of the dish is friability and flavor. It tastes best in a slow cooker. With the help of this device, today we will prepare millet porridge with broccoli!

Ingredients

  • Millet - 1,5 glasses
  • Broccoli - 250 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Water (purified) – 600 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces. Leave one inflorescence for decoration.

Put butter in the bowl of the slow cooker, turn on the "Frying" program and wait until the butter is completely melted.

Add broccoli and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the washed millet, warm water and salt. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes in the "Porridge" mode. After turning off, leave the dish under the lid for another 15 minutes.

Put the finished porridge on plates and decorate with broccoli inflorescences or any greens to taste.
