Ingredients
- Turkey - 500 g
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Raisins - 1 handful
- Nuts - 1 handful
- Cranberries - 1 handful
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the cranberries and raisins in water for 5 minutes. Finely chop the peeled apples, chop the nuts and mix everything together.
Unwrap a piece of turkey, spread it out and beat it into one thin layer.
Sprinkle the turkey with spices, lay out the filling, roll up a tight roll and wrap it in foil.
Bake the turkey roll in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
