Potato casserole with minced meat and cherry tomatoes

This casserole resembles Greek moussaka. In addition to potatoes and minced meat, you will need small cherry tomatoes. On the one hand, they will serve as a decoration of the dish. And on the other hand, they will make it juicier and more original.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 700 g
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into thin plates.
Chop the onion, mix with minced meat and fry until half cooked.
Put the potatoes, minced meat and potatoes back into the mold.
Whisk cream with eggs, add spices, herbs and grated cheese, and pour the casserole.
Put the cherry halves on top and cook the dish in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
