Potato casserole with vegetables and minced meat in the oven

I prefer to cook potato casserole in the oven. It is well baked, beautifully browned and in general it is just convenient. Catch a great proven recipe for the whole family with minced meat and vegetables.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Butter - 50 g
- Cheese - 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Minced meat - 450 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Celery - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Green peas - 80 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop all the vegetables except the potatoes, add the peas and fry together until soft.
Separately fry the minced meat until tender, mix with vegetables and season.
Boil the potatoes, mash them into puree and add butter, egg and grated cheese.
Put the potatoes, minced meat and potatoes back into the mold. Put the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
