Ingredients
- Smoked Meat (low–fat) - 500 g
- String beans - 200 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olives (pitted) – 100 g
- Olives (without pits) – 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Tomato paste - 50 g
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken broth - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut smoked meats, pickles, carrots, string beans, olives and olives.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop it very finely.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion, smoked meat and fry until golden brown.
Add carrots, cucumbers, tomato paste, flour and hot broth. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.
Add olives, olives and string beans. Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pepper, salt, squeeze garlic through a press and turn it off. Infuse the finished stew under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
