Chop tomatoes and peeled onions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the onion until golden brown.

Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, ground pepper, warm milk and shake lightly with a fork.

Add cream, tomatoes, fried onions and mix gently.

Grease the mold with oil, put the egg and vegetable mass and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
