As a child, the morning began with sunny bunnies, mom's smile and the most delicious curd casserole in the world. Today we will try to repeat this recipe. Its main feature is that it is necessary to cook from homemade fatty cottage cheese.

Pour boiling water over the raisins for 5 minutes, drain and put them on a towel to dry.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve twice. Thanks to this, the casserole will turn out very tender and airy.

Add milk, lightly beaten eggs, sugar, salt and semolina. Grind the mass with an immersion blender.

Add vanilla sugar, raisins and mix with a spoon.

Lubricate the prepared mold with butter, lay out the curd billet and smooth it out.

Send the future casserole for 30 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
