I offer you an excellent recipe for homemade pork dumplings. The dough is made with milk and therefore it turns out tender, thin and beautiful. The recipe uses minced pork, but any other one will also work.
Ingredients
- Minced pork - 350 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift the flour into a wide bowl and collect it with a slide.
Add salt, warm milk and knead a soft dough.
Sprinkle the dough with flour and cover with cling film for 20 minutes.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.
Mix minced pork, chopped onion, salt and ground black pepper.
Mix the dough, form sausages 4-5 centimeters thick and cut into pieces of the same size.
Roll out each piece with a rolling pin into a thin cake.
Spread the filling on the cake, seal and connect the opposite edges. Dumplings should turn out to be round and the same.
Add salt, allspice, bay leaf and dumplings to boiling water. Cook for 8 minutes after boiling.
Flip the dumplings into a colander and leave to drain for a couple of minutes.
Put the dumplings on a plate, add butter and finely chopped parsley.
