- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rabbit fillet, dry it and cut it into thin plates.
Wrap each piece in a cellophane bag, beat it with a hammer, season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the eggs with pepper, salt and whisk with a fork until smooth.
Sift the flour and pour it into a wide plate.
Roll the blanks in flour, dip them in batter and put them on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry on high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
