- Turkey stuffing - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 4 art.l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Mix the turkey mince, roast, egg, salt and ground pepper.
Add the garlic passed through the press and mix the mass thoroughly with your hands.
Take a little minced meat with a spoon, form a cutlet in the palms of your hands and put it on a preheated frying pan with oil. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the minced meat.
Fry the cutlets for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, and then turn over to the other side,
Cover the pan with a lid, turn down the heat and continue frying for another 5-7 minutes.
Fold the cutlets into a greased form, cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
