- Potatoes - 800 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Milk - 50 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Minced meat - 450 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash it into a puree with milk and butter, and mix it with an egg.
Chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the minced meat, fry until tender and season at the end.
Put the minced meat in the mold, potatoes on it, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
