Today we will try to bake chops. The cooking process can be called simple, but you need to knead the batter of the desired density and send the chops to a well-heated oven. Otherwise, the egg-cheese mass will drain, and not bake.
Ingredients
- Veal - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the veal, dry it and cut it into plates 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well on both sides with a hammer.
Put the chops on a plate, season with salt and pepper and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Beat the eggs lightly with salt and ground pepper.
Add grated cheese, flour and mix.
Dip the chops in the batter and place on a baking sheet covered with foil.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Reduce the temperature to 180 and cook for another 15 minutes.
