Cottage cheese casseroles with rice can be cooked in different ways. Most often, boiled grits are simply added to the cottage cheese. And I suggest to kill everything with a blender for a more uniform texture. And then add the onion. And at the same time we will do without flour or semolina.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Fig - 100 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry until golden.
Boil the rice until tender and beat it in a blender with cottage cheese.
Add spices, eggs and onions, mix everything and put it in a mold.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
