Pre-soak chickpeas in cold water for 6 hours.
Flip into a colander, rinse and place in a saucepan.
Fill with fresh water, boil for 40 minutes and drain the liquid into a separate container.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Put chickpeas, sesame seeds and peeled garlic in a blender bowl.
Add lemon juice, salt, cumin, half the oil and grind until smooth.
Pour in the broth to achieve the desired consistency and turn on the blender for another 1 minute.
Put the finished hummus in a bowl, pour the remaining oil and sprinkle with paprika.
