Ingredients
- Beef (clipping) – 800 g
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Lettuce - 2 sheet
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Greek yogurt - 250 g
- Kefir - 150 ml
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Lavash (thin) – 4 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut beef into steaks about 2 cm thick.
Rub the suneli hops and salt, brush with oil. Place in a bowl, cover and leave to marinate for 4 hours.
Put the beef on the grill and cook on the grill for 10 minutes, turning it over often.
Wrap the finished meat in foil and put it aside for half an hour.
Chop the cooled meat, tomatoes, lettuce, peeled bell peppers and onions.
Mix kefir, yogurt and garlic passed through the press. You can add salt to taste.
Spread the pita bread on the table and generously smear with fragrant sauce.
Lay out the beef, lettuce, Korean carrots and vegetables.
Tuck the sides and bottom edge inside, roll the shawarma. Repeat the procedure with the remaining blanks.
Put the shawarma on the grill on the grill and lightly brown on both sides.
