Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Sugar - 170 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Baking soda - 1.5 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice a lemon, remove the seeds and chop it in a blender along with the peel.
Rub butter with sugar. Add the cottage cheese and mix.
Add eggs and crushed lemon, and mix again.
Add soda and leave the mass for a couple of minutes.
Gradually introduce the sifted flour. Put the dough into the mold.
Bake the lemon cake in the oven for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
