- Flour - 190 g
- Sour milk - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 40 g
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Warm up sour milk to 28-30 degrees.
Add soda, sugar and mix.
Add lightly beaten egg, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, sifted flour and mix again.
Put some dough on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
