Ingredients
- Rose Petals - 600 g
- Rhubarb - 200 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 750 g
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean, sort, rinse and dry the rose petals.
Finely chop the rhubarb.
Boil water with sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
Add rhubarb to the syrup and gradually add the petals.
Continue to cook everything on low heat for about an hour, stirring.
Towards the end of cooking, add citric acid and roll the jam into jars.
