- Adyghe cheese - 100 g
- Rice flour - 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Combine 150 g of cottage cheese, 1 protein, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Knead a soft elastic dough, cover it with a film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Form a boat from the dough, make punctures in several places with a fork, smear the sides with beaten yolk and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 10-15 minutes.
For the filling, mix the remaining cottage cheese, grated cheese and 1 egg white. Add salt to taste, add spices.
Put the filling in the center of the half-finished boat, bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove the khachapuri from the oven, make a small recess in the center of the filling, pour in the egg and send it to the oven for another couple of minutes.
