Such a doughnut recipe cannot be called dietary, but sometimes you can afford some delicious pastries. Cream can be any. Before adding, be sure to taste them: you can not cook from stale or bitter dairy products.
Ingredients
- Flour - 600 g
- Fresh yeast - 25 g
- Cream (warm) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Milk (warm) – 50 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix yeast, milk, cream, sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Remove the workpiece to the side for 10-15 minutes.
Sift the flour into a wide bowl, add the sourdough, lightly beaten eggs and soda, slaked with lemon juice.
Lubricate your hands with oil, knead the dough, cover with a towel and remove to a warm place for 1 hour.
Pinch off small pieces of dough, shape them into donuts and put them on a board sprinkled with flour. The blanks should lie at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown.
