Do you think it's difficult to cook pizza with shrimp? Not at all! The main thing is to arrange and prepare the ingredients correctly. In this recipe I will tell you how to make a soft dough and a very tasty filling.
Ingredients
- Flour - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water (warm) – 100 ml
- Shrimp (chilled) – 300 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 twig
- Gouda Cheese - 100 g
- Parmesan - 60 g
- Arugula - halfpuchka
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Tomato sauce - 4 art.l.
- Water (boiling water) – 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg lightly with sour cream, salt and sugar.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, warm water and knead the dough.
Rinse the chilled shrimp with boiling water, peel off the shells and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut tomatoes in half, grate both types of cheese on a coarse grater.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake and put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Grease the billet with tomato sauce, evenly distribute the shrimp, tomatoes and both types of cheese. Leave a little parmesan for serving.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Sprinkle the finished pizza with fresh arugula and the remains of Parmesan.
