For the test:
- Yogurt - 250 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 500 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Baking soda - 1 pinch
For filling:
- Cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix grated cheese, beaten egg and melted butter.
Knead the dough from all the ingredients, divide into parts and roll out.
Wrap the filling in each tortilla and roll it out again.
Fry khachapuri in a dry frying pan on low heat for 8 minutes on each side.
