Closed khachapuri with stuffing are good because this very filling can be absolutely any. Catch one of my favorite options – with vegetables and on the water. If you wish, you can experiment and add something else from yourself.
Ingredients
For the dough:
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1 glass
- Flour - 3 glasses
For filling:
- Suluguni - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Corn - 2 handfuls
- Zucchini - 0.5 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs with water, salt, sugar and butter. Add the sifted flour.
Knead a homogeneous dough, divide into parts and leave for half an hour.
Finely chop all the vegetables and mix with egg and grated suluguni.
Roll out the dough into layers, lay out the filling and assemble into bags.
Roll out the khachapuri again to 1.5 cm and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
