Properly cooked rabbit will become not only the pride of the hostess, but also the object of admiration of the guests. Dietary meat tastes like tender chicken, but at the same time it is more juicy. It is not difficult to bake a rabbit according to this recipe.

Wash the rabbit, dry it thoroughly and slice it.

Peel the onion from the husk and cut into thick rings.

Peel the bell pepper and cut into large cubes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the rabbit pieces and brown well on all sides.

Transfer the meat to a greased form and cover with a lid or foil so that it does not cool down.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the mushrooms and fry for 7-10 minutes.

Put the mushrooms and onions in a form with meat.

Fry the bell pepper in the remaining oil. 2-3 minutes on a fast fire is enough.

Transfer the bell pepper to the meat and mushrooms.

Add salt, pepper and tightly cover the mold with a double layer of foil.

Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees, then remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes.
