Pork chops with pineapple, mayonnaise and cheese in the oven
Pork chops are combined with pineapples no worse than chicken. They turn out a little fatter, but at the same time they are just as juicy and delicious. For flavor, I add a little garlic to the mayonnaise. Ready-made chops can be sprinkled with chopped herbs.
Ingredients
- Pork (clipping) – 600 g
- Pineapple (canned) – 200 g
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Beat each piece well with a hammer on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Mix mayonnaise and garlic passed through the press.
Cut canned pineapples into pieces of a suitable size.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the chops and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the pineapples and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and cook for another 5 minutes.
