Viburnum is a slightly specific tart berry, which is why they work with it a little differently. A good solution for the winter is soaked viburnum. If you've never tried it and don't know how to do it, don't worry. I will tell you in detail further in the recipe.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve salt in cold water, add pepper and pour into a 0.5 jar.
Add the slightly washed viburnum there and leave the workpiece for 2-3 days at room temperature. Do not close the lid.
Then leave the berries for 2-3 weeks at 7-8 degrees.
Only then close the soaked viburnum with a nylon lid and store it in a cold place.
