Instead of crackers and fish, prepare king prawns for beer. It is better to buy them chilled, but high-quality frozen seafood is also suitable. I recommend frying them, putting them in a frying pan in small batches.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (royal) – 500 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Butter - 50 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the shrimp in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Put it on a paper towel and blot it thoroughly.
Melt butter in a frying pan, add olive oil and herbs of Provence.
Lay out the king prawns and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Add soy sauce, salt and garlic passed through the press. Continue to fry everything together for another 4 minutes.
Put ready-made king prawns on a plate and serve with beer with lemon slices.
