You don't have to say much about this snack, everyone knows and loves it. For the filling, each hostess uses a different set of ingredients. I like to cook stuffed eggs with bacon. The aromatic additive in this dish is very appropriate.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 8 pieces
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Bacon - 50 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (for decoration) – a couple of twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the eggs from the shell, rinse and cut in half lengthwise.
Carefully spoon the yolk into the bowl.
Finely chop the bacon, put it in a frying pan and lightly fry.
Mix the yolk, fried bacon, sour cream, mustard, ground pepper, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Fill the egg halves with the resulting blank.
Put on a plate, sprinkle with paprika and finely chopped herbs.
