Instead of the standard sweet treats for the holiday, you can cook a sushi cake with eel. For convenience, use a serving mold of the appropriate size. Without it, it will be very difficult to lay out the ingredients perfectly. It is recommended to decorate the finished snack at your discretion.
Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 300 g
- Eel (smoked) – 200 g
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 100 g
- Red Caviar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Philadelphia Cheese - 200 g
- Egg noodles (boiled) – 100 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Nori - 2 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the eel and red fish.
Cut one cucumber with a vegetable peeler into thin slices, chop the rest into thin strips.
Cut the avocado in half, peel and stone, slice, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Place the serving dish on a wide plate and place the nori sheets on the bottom. They can be cut and broken, customized in shape.
Lay out half of the rice and lightly tamp it.
Add layers of avocado, cheese, eel and cucumbers straws.
Lay out the remaining rice, add egg noodles on top. Carefully remove the serving ring.
Decorate the cake with red caviar and red fish flowers.
Cover the sides of the snack with cucumber slices.
Put the sushi cake with eel in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
